Banana-cocoa-almond drink

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 350 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 tsp, leveled guarana powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped kola nut (kola nut powder)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

With guarana and kola nut

Combine all ingredients in a measuring jug and blend. Break the banana into slightly smaller pieces and sprinkle the powder on top last. Then chop everything with a hand blender and blend until nice and frothy. Enjoy at room temperature. I don’t like it chilled, but that’s a matter of taste. You can also warm the drink up, but I suspect the banana gives it a thicker consistency. In that case, I simply dilute the drink with a little water. I use Provamel almond milk because it’s the only sugar-free milk I’ve found so far. You can sweeten it with honey if desired.
