Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 400 ml milk (1.5% fat), cold
  • 3 tbsp glucose
  • 15 g oat flakes (whole grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fast and healthy instant energy

First, puree the bananas in a blender. Then add the milk. Blend for about 20 seconds, until no banana pieces remain. Then, depending on your taste, add glucose and the whole-grain oats. It’s important to use instant oats, as they dissolve instantly in milk. Blend for another 10 seconds at the end.
