Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- ½ onion(s)
- 700 ml beef broth
- ½ pack of processed cheese (herb processed cheese)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt
- chili powder
- Thyme
- Clarified butter or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the kohlrabi and onion. Sauté the onions in clarified butter or oil; it’s okay if they get a little brown. Now add the kohlrabi and pour in the broth. Cook the kohlrabi until soft, then puree the soup. Add the cream cheese, season with spices, and thicken with cornstarch. Serve with a baguette.
