Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g gooseberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With quark and yogurt

Clean and wash the gooseberries, or thaw them a bit. Peel and chop the banana, drizzle with lemon juice. Measure the quark, yogurt, and milk and blend them with the fruit.
