Potato wedges with rosemary

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Sea salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Finely chop the rosemary. Preheat oven to approximately 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and drizzle generously with olive oil. Arrange the potato wedges on the baking sheet (or on two sheets if necessary). Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Add paprika, pepper, and chili powder, and then drizzle with more olive oil. Cook in the oven. When the potatoes are golden brown, they’re done. Delicious with fish.
