Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 waxy potatoes
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- nutmeg
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the potatoes and carrots coarsely, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Fry the rösti in hot oil in a pan on the first side until the edges are slightly darker than you want them to be. Then flip them and fry the second side until golden brown.
