- 4 servings of potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cut the raw potatoes into wedges and fry them in olive oil with the onions and garlic. Reduce the heat and simmer with the lid on until the potatoes are cooked through, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the torn and crumbled rosemary sprigs. Mix everything thoroughly and serve. These fried potatoes are especially delicious with poultry, but also with fried sausage slices, for example. Serve with a fresh salad and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
