Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large banana(s)
- 1 kiwi(s), yellow
- 500 ml pineapple juice
- 200 g coconut milk
- possibly cream

The slightly “healthier” version for all Pina Colada fans
First, peel the kiwi using a vegetable peeler and cut into large pieces. Also cut the banana into large pieces. Then puree the fruit with a little pineapple juice. Once everything is finely pureed, add the remaining juice and the coconut milk and mix well. If you like, you can also add a little cream. Pour into glasses and enjoy cold. Notes: If the smoothie is too sour for you or doesn’t taste enough like coconut, simply vary the ingredients a little until you get the right one. The cream isn’t absolutely necessary; coconut milk itself has a high fat content, which is why this smoothie is more or less healthy, but it’s delicious nonetheless! With the coconut milk, make sure it doesn’t contain any additives, otherwise it will taste rancid and not really like coconut!
