simply

Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in the clarified butter. Add the finely chopped white cabbage and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the stock. Simmer with a little stock for 15 minutes, then add all the stock or water until the pot is full. Add salt and pepper to taste. After the cabbage has cooked for 40 minutes, add the finely chopped potatoes and cook for a further 30 minutes. Press the mince out of the sausages, form them into small dumplings, and add them to the soup. I seasoned the soup with Worcestershire sauce at the end. The amount of water depends on the size of your pot.
