Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 3 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 5 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dashes Tabasco, green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Grate the zucchini very finely. Stir in the mustard and crème fraîche, and season with lemon juice, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Serve as a dip with the meat and baguette.
