Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g gnocchi
- 400 ml milk
- 175 g processed cheese
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 175 g ham, cooked
- Salt

quick and easy
Cook the gnocchi in salted water until al dente. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Heat the milk and dissolve the cheese spread in it. Add the broth and nutmeg. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and use this to thicken the sauce. Dice the ham and mix it into the gnocchi. Place in a baking dish and cover with the cheese sauce. Bake for about 15 minutes.
