Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 small head of white cabbage
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • some cream
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Coleslaw, like at Kentucky Fried Chicken

First, chop the white cabbage, carrot, and onion as finely as possible in a food processor. Make the dressing from the ingredients for the dressing and mix well with the vegetables. Let it sit for a few hours. Tip: If you’re using a large white cabbage and a large carrot, you’ll need to at least double the dressing ingredients. Then the salad will be enough for a large barbecue. 60 kcal per serving.
