Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 tsp honey, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
the mild vitamin kick for in between
Peel and chop the fruit. Puree in a large mug or bowl, add the honey, and mix again. Then divide between two glasses. Tip: Use ripe fruit, as it’s easier to puree.
