Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 cup of yogurt (small cup)
- lemon juice
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the bananas. Place them in a tall blender along with the milk and yogurt. Blend everything together, then season with lemon juice and sugar. Pour into glasses and serve. Tip: In summer, you can add 2-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. You can either blend these with the banana shake or pour the ice cream into glasses and pour the banana shake over them.
