Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g bratwurst
  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 thick zucchini
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the potatoes, sausage, zucchini, and bell pepper. Fry the potatoes and add the sausage, then brown them. Add the bell peppers and zucchini, along with the Provençal herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
