Asparagus with crab

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 200 g crab
  • 2 tsp sauce (frozen light sauce)
  • 1 bunch of herbs, chopped
  • 500 g asparagus

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

LF30 + WW suitable

Cook the asparagus as usual until al dente. Heat all other ingredients together and bring to a boil briefly (to thicken). Pour this sauce over the asparagus. The entire recipe has approximately 14% fat (LF30) or approximately 7 points (WW).
