Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 1 liter of mineral water
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • some sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Boil the potatoes and eggs. Rinse both, let them cool, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Peel, halve, and deseed the cucumber. Wash the radishes and cut both into small cubes, along with the potatoes and eggs. Wash and chop the dill. Combine everything in a large bowl, mix with kefir, mineral water, mustard, and vinegar, and season with salt. Let the soup sit in the refrigerator for several hours.
