Fries and fish fingers leftover upgrade
Simply place the leftover fries and fish sticks in a large bowl, add a finely diced onion, and an egg as a paste. Soften everything with broth and then mash it with a potato masher or stir it into a dough using a mixer and a dough hook. I simply spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baked it for at least 20 minutes at 200°C with a fan. It also works in a pan, but I can’t flip pancakes. You can add fresh ingredients like chopped tomatoes or cheese. I’ve also added bread dumpling batter, potato pancakes, and the like, and they were delicious. I wouldn’t make fries specifically for this, but topping them with tartar sauce is a great way to use up leftovers. It tastes even better with tartar sauce. This recipe is my way of reheating leftovers. I don’t think anyone likes reheated fries from the day before. So why not make a kind of sheet cake out of it?
