Potato and sausage goulash

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • 200 g sausages
  • 175 g sausage (Mettenden)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and quarter the potatoes, and dice the onions. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and the whole garlic clove, sprinkle with the paprika and stir in. Remove the garlic clove. Pour in the vinegar and broth. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice the sausages and salami. Add both to the goulash and heat through. Pour in the cream and stir in. Heat again if necessary, then season to taste.
