The sausages, cut into small slices, are fried in a pan. The gnocchi are cooked in salted water according to the package instructions. The leek is cut into small rings. Place the leek, corn, gnocchi, and sausages in a large pot. Add the chicken stock and 1.2 liters of water, and then bring everything to a boil. Place the flour in a cup along with 100 ml of hot water and whisk together. The flour mixture is then stirred into the sausage soup. Bring everything to a boil to reduce the watery consistency of the soup. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper and serve it to friends.
