Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus (white or green)
- 6 potatoes
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- e.g. sour cream
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25-30 minutes (depending on size), then peel. Peel the asparagus (white part 1 cm below the head and down to the bottom, green part starting in the middle and down to the bottom) and trim 1-2 cm from the bottom. Then boil in salted water for about 10 minutes. Serve the potatoes with the asparagus, salmon, and sour cream as desired, and season with herb salt.
