Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 1 bottle of chocolate sauce
- Cream (spray cream)
- 250 ml rum
- 250 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and halve the bananas. Place each half in a deep plate. Heat the rum and sugar on the stove until the sugar has dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the heat and pour it over the bananas. Let it cool slightly. Now I garnish it with whipped cream. Then drizzle with the chocolate sauce. You can drizzle a little more rum over the cream if desired. Tip: Immediately fill the pot that held the rum and sugar mixture with water, otherwise you’ll have a problem cleaning it.
