Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- Salt
- oil
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon (ground)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, cook the pasta with salt and a little oil. Drain the cherries. Mix the cherries into the cooked pasta and add to the greased baking dish. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Combine the cream, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (do not beat). Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in. Pour the entire mixture over the pasta and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
