Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 500 g pasta
- 1 handful of onion(s), finely chopped
- 5 tomatoes
- basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
if you are in a hurry
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mozzarella and finely chop the onions. Mix everything together and season with basil, salt, and pepper.
