Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of green beans (net weight 530g)
  • 300 g jacket potatoes
  • 5 herring fillets
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 175 g yogurt
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the beans. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Cut the herring fillets into diagonal slices. Peel and dice the onions. Make a dressing with the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, and let it marinate. Finally, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley over the finished salad as a garnish.
