Low-calorie broccoli salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g broccoli
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some mustard
  • herbal salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and trim the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and slice the tomato. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, and spices well and toss with the broccoli florets. Season to taste. Arrange the broccoli salad on a plate and garnish with the tomato slices.
