Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g butter biscuits
- 400 g strawberries
- 150 ml milk
- 170 g cream cheese
- 250 g vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly crumble the butter biscuits and set aside 70g for topping. Wash and hull the strawberries. Puree 100g of the strawberries, then pass them through a fine sieve and set aside. Place the remaining 300g of strawberries in a blender with the milk, cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, and the remaining 30g of butter biscuit crumbs and blend until smooth. Spoon the strawberry puree over the insides of 4 glasses and fill with the shake. Sprinkle each with the reserved butter biscuit crumbs.
