Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 5 tsp, heaped sugar, brown
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp, heaped cumin powder
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions, cut into rings
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, fresh
  • 4 sprigs of thyme, fresh
  • 300 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Mix the spices together dry and then add the oil. Finely chop the herbs and slice the onions into rings. Add these to the spice and oil mixture. Now the steaks can marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours (preferably vacuum-sealed).
