Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, yellow, red and green
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of cream
  • lemon juice
  • Seasoning mix for salads
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with cheese and cooked ham

Dice the bell peppers, Gouda cheese, and cooked ham. Drain the corn and mandarin oranges. Cut the mandarin oranges into smaller pieces and place everything in a large bowl. Pour the cream over the mixture and season with a dash of lemon juice, sugar, and the spices. Finally, mix everything together.
