Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 pear(s), ripe
- 125 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
- 250 ml buttermilk or milk
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- 1 pinch of star anise, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the pears, cut them into pieces, and blend them with the other ingredients either in a blender or with a hand blender until frothy. Pour into glasses and enjoy. This lassi is especially good for using up ripe to overripe, soft pears.
