Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g melon(s), e.g. watermelon, Galia melon or honeydew melon
- 1 apple
- 80 g strawberries
- 150 g yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 50 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 2 tbsp oat flakes

Briefly wash the apple and strawberries. Remove the blossom and stem from the apple, as well as the green parts from the strawberries. Core the melon, if necessary, and scoop out the flesh. Place the chopped fruit and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. You can use milk, soy, coconut, or almond yogurt, for example. For a plant-based drink, you can use oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc. It all depends on your taste or what you have at home. Makes 2 glasses.
