Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar jam (black currants)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chutney type

Finely chop the garlic and chives. Mix everything with the jam and finally stir in the mustard, if desired. Your chutney-style sauce is ready. It tastes great with meat and grilled dishes.
