Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels, 2 packs of Rösti
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 200 g cheese (grated Gouda)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Divide the schnitzels into 2-3 pieces each, season with salt and pepper, and place on a greased baking sheet. Mix 2 packages of Rösti with sour cream, crème fraîche, and Gouda cheese. Spread the mixture over the schnitzels and bake in a preheated oven at 200-225°C for about 60 minutes.
