Pineapple smoothie with buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g pineapple
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • some pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

For 2 large glasses

Peel the pineapple, remove the hard center, and cut the flesh into chunks. Then place it in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 1 hour. Combine the buttermilk, vanilla sugar, honey, a little pineapple juice, and the frozen pineapple chunks in a blender. Blend until everything reaches a smooth, even consistency. If you prefer a more liquid consistency, thin it out with a little more pineapple juice.
