Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml Sprite
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut
  • Butter or margarine for the baking tray

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and fast

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar on high speed until frothy. Stir in the oil and Sprite. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in portions. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the chopped banana slices into the batter and sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes.
