Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour, about spelt flour
- 100 g butter, salted as desired
- 100 g sugar
- 70 g nuts, such as cashews
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 3 banana(s), ripe or overripe
- 3 tbsp, heaped Nutella
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients except the bananas and nuts until a smooth batter forms. Chop the bananas with a knife and stir in with a wooden spoon or similar. Lightly crush a few pieces. Finally, stir in the nuts. Pour everything into a bundt cake pan and place it in the oven. I have a gas stove and leave it on gas mark 3 or 4 for about 45 minutes, which corresponds to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Without preheating, it takes about 60 minutes. Let cool. Decorate with powdered sugar, for example.
