Lemon-raspberry dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml raspberry vinegar (raspberry balsamic vinegar), e.g. from Kattus
  • 3 tbsp herb oil or walnut oil
  • 1 m.-sized lemon(s), the juice and the grated peel thereof
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • 1 small garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • Pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simple and delicious

Mix the water with the balsamic vinegar. Add the squeezed garlic clove and lemon zest. Add lemon juice to taste. Add salt, pepper, and sugar, and mix everything together. Since the oil tends to settle to the top, add it and mix just before serving. It’s perfect with salad.
