Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar, red
- 4 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil or another neutral oil
- 2 tbsp cranberries from the jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
A fruity, spicy dressing for fresh salads
Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a tall bowl and blend with a mixer. Set the mixer to high speed and add the oil a little at a time. Blend until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency. Stir in the cranberries.
