Peanut-Banana Blondies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 85 g flour, sifted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, peanut butter, and bananas in a bowl and cream with a food processor or mixer until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time. Briefly fold in the flour. Pour into a greased pan, approximately 30 x 24 cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Test with a skewer for doneness. Then turn out onto a cutting board and cut into pieces.
