Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 125 g glucose
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon, optional
  • 50 ml milk, low-fat or water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without fat and with glucose (suitable for fructose intolerance)

First, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks with the sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Weigh the flour and stir in the egg yolk-dextrose mixture. Now fold in the beaten egg whites and pour the batter into a baking dish. The batter should be nice and creamy; if it’s too thick, add a little more liquid. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
