Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large mushrooms
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, preferably fleur de sel or other sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the mushrooms very thinly (best with a slicer). Arrange them on two large plates, overlapping slightly. Deseed and dice the tomatoes. Arrange them on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with arugula and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
