Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 15 wholemeal cookies, spelt, with chocolate
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, semolina-almond pudding powder
  • 300 ml banana juice
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 6 marshmallows
  • some chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 2 minutes

very sweet

Mix the pudding mix with the cane sugar and 6 tablespoons of banana juice until smooth. Bring the remaining banana juice to a boil with the milk, remove from the heat and stir in the mixed mix. Now cook the pudding for at least 1 minute. Pour half of the finished pudding into 3 glasses and chill. Allow the rest of the pudding to cool. Stir the pudding occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Once the pudding layer in the glasses has set a little (takes at least 1/2 hour) you can layer it. To do this, roughly break 5 biscuits and spread them on the first layer of pudding. Adjust the biscuits slightly as desired and spoon the remaining pudding over the biscuits. Decorate with marshmallows and grated chocolate. If you like, you can add a cherry as a garnish. Chill the dessert until ready to serve.
