Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 schnitzels (ham schnitzel)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup fried onions
- 50 g cheese, (Emmental) grated
- ½ cup parsley, dried
- 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Place the cooked ham side by side in a baking dish. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and place them on top of the cooked ham. For the sauce, combine the mushrooms, roasted onions, cheese, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the schnitzels first, then drizzle with the hollandaise sauce. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45 minutes.
