Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 700 g tomatoes
  • 1 package of raw ham, diced
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 8 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 300 g cheese (pizza cheese), if you like more
  • oregano
  • 1 onion(s)
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the onions and fry them with the finely chopped cooked ham and diced raw ham in a little margarine. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Drain the mushrooms. Drain the spaghetti and toss them in a saucepan with the ham, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms. Then place everything on a greased baking sheet and spread it out. Whisk the eggs with milk, pepper, and salt and pour evenly over the spaghetti mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Then remove the aluminum foil and check if the egg mixture has set. If it has, sprinkle some oregano over it and spread the cheese on top; if not, increase the baking time. Return everything to the oven until the cheese has melted.
