Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 pieces kohlrabi
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- curry
- Salt
- Sugar

delicious & very quick to make
Peel the kohlrabi, quarter it, and slice it thinly with a mandoline. For the sauce, combine the vegetable stock and vinegar and season with plenty of curry powder, salt, and sugar. I prefer walnut vinegar, but I’m sure some others will do as well.
