Tagliatelle with shrimp

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s)
  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • some herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • some oil or frying fat
  • salt water
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the shrimp in oil until they turn a nice pink. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the shrimp. Add the knob of herb butter to the pan. Now fry the shrimp and tomatoes over medium heat. After frying for about 3 minutes, season with salt, pepper, and garlic and parsley (I always use dried parsley). Now add the cooked pasta to the pan. Mix everything together well. Let it fry for a little longer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving.
