Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft, or margarine
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 90 g brown cane sugar
  • 90 g sugar
  • 3 eggs, size M, or egg substitute
  • 350 g spelt flour type 630
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sweet cream or vegan plant-based cream
  • 75 g almonds, chopped
  • 75 g walnut kernels, chopped
  • 500 g apples, pitted and roughly diced, peeled if necessary
  • Almond(s), sliced ​​and/or ground
  • some walnut kernels for decoration
  • Fat for the mold

Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter or margarine with the vanilla sugar, brown and white sugar, and the eggs or egg substitute until fluffy. Combine the flour with the baking powder, almonds, and walnuts and stir in the cream. Fold in the apple cubes and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into a greased 26cm springform pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with sliced ​​and/or ground almonds. Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes.
