Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g ice cream (pistachio ice cream)
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp honey or to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine pistachio ice cream, milk, orange juice, and zest in a blender and blend until frothy. Pour everything into a frosted glass and garnish with honey.
