Bean stew with chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 100 g Cabanossi
  • some oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 600 g beans, frozen
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 500 ml meat broth
  • some parsley, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the chicken, Cabanossi, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and chili pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and briefly fry the chicken and Cabanossi. Add the remaining diced ingredients and the beans and fry. Season with curry, salt, and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with white wine. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the diced potatoes and the meat broth and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
