Lavender-Rosemary Salt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g sea salt, coarse, with or without seaweed
  • 5 tsp, heaped lavender flowers
  • 2 tsp, heaped rosemary or 1 tsp, heaped thyme
  • 1 tsp, heaped lemon zest, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

Summer salt

Thoroughly mix the salt, lavender, lemon zest, rosemary, and/or thyme, place in the sun for a few hours, and then pour into a spice grinder. If you’re using all the ingredients already dried, you don’t need to expose them to the sun.
